NOTICE TO BIDDERS

RFP 2026-29: Newton County Website

Newton County Commission will accept sealed bids clearly marked RFP 2026-29 Newton County Website until Thursday, 10:00 a.m. November 12, 2026, at which time The Commission will convene to open and read the bids. Any RFP not received at the appointed time shall be disqualified.

Newton County will not accept any collect calls, COD shipments, postage due mailings, or emailed RFPs. The County Commission reserves the right to reject any and/or all RFPs.

Questions relating to this RFP shall be referred to Presiding Commissioner Daniel Swem, 417 451 8223. The RFP invitation and specifications are available at the office of the Newton County Commission located in the Newton County Courthouse, Neosho, Missouri 64850. To be published by Neosho Daily News on October 9, 2026.
